I'm Siobhan, a BACP registered Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Norwood Junction, SE25. Drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, I offer a warm, inclusive space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, bereavement and addiction, using creative interventions and somatic techniques where helpful.

My practice is grounded in anti-oppression; everyone is welcome regardless of heritage, gender, religion, ability or identity.
