  • We can explore how you see yourself, how you relate to others and your feelings of not being good enough. Together, we will work to help you regain your sense of worth and confidence.

  • Whether you experience panic attacks or a general feeling of unease, we can look at what is activating your anxiety. Looking at past experiences can point to why and we can use techniques to help ground you and manage overwhelming physical symptoms.

  • This can be debilitating, like a heavy chain you are unable to shift. Together we can explore thoughts, beliefs and past experiences that will help to rebuild your motivation and gently enable you to feel more like you again.

  • Stress may be unavoidable but it needn’t feel all-consuming. Whether it is family, work, or life in general, I’ll help you develop healthy coping strategies to improve regulation and feel better equipped with whatever life has to offer.

  • Bereavement and the accompanying feelings of grief can seem overwhelmingly difficult. There is no timeline for feeling better or “getting over it”. Rather you learn to live with your loss. Whether that is a loved one, your pet, your job, a relationship - the loss of anything and anyone can cause feelings of grief, anger or numbness. We will work gently, and at you pace towards healing.

  • There is so much shame attached to addiction which in itself can be a barrier to seeking help; I understand that from first hand experience. I offer a completely non-judgemental space for you to be open and honest and explore options of how to overcome your addictive behaviours.
